N2  - In this text, I will give an example of philosophy as transformative practice. What happens when we fully understand the limitations of our knowledge? How can we describe the transformative potential when we realize that we somehow, as Kant and Lyotard put it, find ourselves on an island of knowledge in the middle of no-knowledge? This is the issue raised by several contemporary philosophers, such as Wittgenstein, Adorno, or Merleau-Ponty.
